David enters the drawing room to find Vicki staring out the window, listening to the music box. When she tells him she was daydreaming,

he says he had an odd, frightened feeling she was someone else-someone strange.

Except for the part in which David says he felt that Vicki looked so strange, everything else in the Robservations summary actually happens in the teaser, but it was necessary to include it for context because of the way the summary is written. And in Act I what isn't summarized is that after David says Vicki looked strange, he says there was something scary about it, and Vicki replies with the quote to that remark...

Back in the courtroom, Trask calls Vicki to the stand. Peter brings up the "innocent until proven guilty" rule and reminds the judges about her right not to incriminate herself, but the judge assures him those rights will be protected. Trask goes at Vicki with a vengeance, asking her if she HATED Abigail for suspecting her of witchcraft--did she hate her enough to KILL her? Peter objects. Vicki denies wanting to see Abigail dead.

Julia thinks it possible Blair made Tom a vampire. Barnabas disputes this--Nicholas is no vampire. Julia knows that, and a vampire exists close to them, but she feels Nicholas is involved, and they must learn what that involvement is. We must find and destroy that vampire, says Julia, or none of us will be safe!

The Robservations paraphrases a bit but gets all the quote's main points across...

And I always find it interesting how whenever there's a new vampire on DS and the identity of that vampire is unknown, everyone is guilty of reverse sexism in thinking that new vampire is male. Not always. And certainly not in this case.
