And it certainly doesn't look like any of the trailers that we've been reading about.

And BTW, there are two scenes I didn't upload captures from: the gates opening in the very beginning and cutting the chains/the coffin shaking. I figured the other scenes were far more interesting.

there are totally different ways to edit a trailer.

i wouldn't be surprised if for test marketing purposes one was edited to highlight the comedic elements of the film.

there seems to be chatter of it being promoted almost as an "adams family" type of situation. an eccentric and goofy family residing in a crumbling mansion.

for those unfamiliar with the show that could prove an effective strategy.

it looks like a boy.

But that seems right because the person has short hair and is wearing pants.

Is everyone happy with the new logo? I'm ok with it I think.

It does look like a boy but taller than the actor playing David but it could be the angle. I like the one with BC rising out of the coffin.

on FB that cap is so small everyone is assuming barnabas was diving after josette on widows hill.

but it looks like a blond boy. that leaves out david...and for that matter the rest of the known cast.

It appears to me that Barnabas is charging after someone who's fallen off a cliff (Widow's Hill?).  As the person falls through the air, Barnabas is trying to "fly" down and catch him/her.  Could this person be Josette?  I realize it doesn't look like her, but at full-speed the image might not need to be a perfect replica of the actress.  Who, other than Josette, would fall from Widow's Hill?

Yes a blond David. What was I thinking unless the color is off. Yes it could be Josette. But it is hard to tell. I do agree that the scene could be Widow's Hill.

it's seeming like a totally new story. new precedents are being set. vicki was certainly never institutionalized before. angelique never owned a cannery.

Though as I said before, in a capture that I didn't post, it definitely looks like the person is wearing pants (later on I'll convert it into a jpg and post it).

And speaking of the previous captures I posted, right now I'm going to edit that post to use jpgs - and I'm going to make it so that larger version of all the captures (1000X562) are easily downloadable...
