Victoria (out of picture):  I never saw that ally cat we brought into the foundling home again, but the stew we had later that night took my mind off of things.  It had more meat in it than usual.

Sheriff Patterson:   . . .  and I’m telling you where I grew up the thumbs were the steeple.

Victoria:  Good Duck acting David, for our next acting lesson you’ll pretend to be a student; read your math book then answer word problems 1  - 9.

Okay read the Robservations.

Interesting the audio for some or all of it came from an audio tape.  Reminds me of the lost Dr. Who episodes.

Still curious if there’s more details as to what happened to the originals and the behind the scenes process of saving what they could.

Relate to my earlier post.  I’m sure I’m not the only one who noticed Mom Bramwell looks more like Angelic than Josette.  Did that spark any intrigue in fandom?

Sheriff Patterson:  Look I don’t care who got to the park swing first you can both take turns, maybe one of you could use the slide or the monkey bars while you wait.

Exchanges between Burke in Sheriff Patterson are a highlight of these early episodes.  The pen theory might get a bit over done a bit, but sets up a lot of tension and is a more logical source of drama than some shows in general provide.

I know it would never happen, but imagine if Malloy‘s death was condensed into a mini series with digitally improved video quality.  Or what if someone wrote a book inspired by the story line.

I’ve been talking the last story line slowly, but I was watching #1218 thinking I like bramwell’s mother’s acting and character when the next episode rolled around.  Quite a surprise to me #1219 is lost.

Haven’t read the robservations yet, but it was interesting watching and made me curious about the origin airing and how the lost episode got lost and reassembled.

‘Dark Shadows’ Gets New Blood With Sequel Series In the Works At the CW From Writer Mark B. Perry

Is it old news resurfacing? Seems odd that there would have even been that 2019 attempt, since they already had a failed pilot in the early 2000’s  . . .  CW is the same as The WB right?

I think I’d prefer an inspired by effort rather than a continuation or a reboot.  Not that I didn’t really enjoy 1991  . . . It is just reboot fatigue and fears about botching up something.

Rodger:  Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Victoria:  I think I know this riddle  . . . a Mirror!

Burke:  You’re armor plated hat is no match for my steel toed penny loafers!  You’re just lucky I’m not the violent type.

Mr. Wells:  Sam can’t you see that I’m conducting my cricket orchestra?
