Hello, *waves*
My name is Jennie and I've been registered for almost a month, but I've been too shy to post anything, so I figured I'd give it a shot now. I've been a fan of DS since its revival series in 1991 and then I got hooked on the original series when it had its run on Sci-fi. I've started to make the transition from my VHS copies to the DVDs and I can't wait to have them all. :D

Welcome JennieSim80 ^_^

That's sort of like how I got hooked on Dark Shadows.
My Dad used to enjoy the show, so when the 1991 series came out we watched it together as a family.

When I went to college I got hooked on the Sci-Fi re-runs.
My first original Dark Shadows story line was the about the Leviathans.
I haven't seen all of Darkshadows, but of the storylines I've seen I think I enjoyed the one parallel time where Quinton had been was married to Angelique.

I also read some fan fic, story summaries, and explored the few fan sites that were around at the time.

It's been a while since I've seen Dark Shadows, but I still enjoy it.
I'd love to see the movies sometime.

Julia:  But Barnabas, what's wrong with my outfit?  Everyone wears curtains in the 70's.

Julia:  But Barnabas, how can you be a vampire and a vegetarian?

Thank you for posting the heads up.  It's been a while since I've seen it.
It's cool that Frid maintains his own website and communicates with his fans.

Countess: It's either the wine or your mole is moving around your face.
Millicent: I don't have a mole.

54.) You wish porkchops where back in style.

55.) When you have a bad day you console yourself with the thought that at least paper cut outs of ghosts weren't chasing you.

16.)  You insist that every family member have a portrait painted of them.

17.)  You've duplicated and installed a door just like the one between the foyer and the living room.

3612
Barnabas: What are you up to Julia?

Julia: Oh just doing some grave robbing . . er rubbing, grave rubbings.  Now where did I put that charcoal?
