Well, I just sent a cousin an INSTANT message; then jotted another quick note to another cousin.

The error message...Your last post less than 120 sec. ago from you IP, please try again, yada yada came up??

It wasn't a post, but an INSTANT message.

Then, while the message was still there, I was watching the puter clock AND my watch; more than 180 seconds elapsed, still same message. >:(

Patti

Yes...I'm sure some of you were dying to know this!!

Hello...when people on here (and other net places) put up (okay...the montage, or Connie's delic. pics...what's the right phrase?)
When the pics are 'on here'...where do they come from?

We've discussed not using things w/o permission, but, where do the pics come from? And, wouldn't all permission have to be through DCP?

This goes in w/another question...I hear of these sites where you're 'allowed' to 'download' (never done this) songs...but, why would a label allow you to freely download instead of purchasing a song?

Thanks,

Patti...who's now going to push the below "Additional Options" button ;D

Not allowed to upload bitmaps!!

WAAAAY KEWL...WITH THE NEW BUTTON...CHANGE COLOR!!!! WHOOSH!!!

Haunted/schmaunted...at least it's easier to read!!!

Weird...above in the subject line, where it was traditionally black w/white/gray lettering, it's not (the box & text) with w/black lettering).

Mainegirl....I guess you missed it. We were just discussing mansions, circa, architecture, etc.

My Dream Collinwood (or would we really want "purely American" 1790s architecture?)

Check it out!!!

Patti

Well Midnite, I tried!!!

That's how YaBB SE was originally, and SMF's calendar is set up the same way.

The Post No Topic option was added to our SE forum by MB at your request a year ago.  See the "Post No Topic" thread that's been stuck to the top of the newest Calendar board (currently it's stuck to CE/A 04) ever since.  Your response in which you thanked him for it is there too.   Sweetie, I'm going to have to send you some ginkgo biloba.  ;)

actually, I remembered this while typing the post,,,but, I felt like I was being a pain in the, well, you know :-[

Patti....who??? ;)

Okay, so I see January 18th is actually dom's :-* bday; I tried to post it for next year, but I don't see how to ONLY list it on calendar (without a topic being generated).

Dunka again,

I remember, when cousins' b-days were initially listed on the calendar; our mods were not ;D .

But, I had at that time read old posts and put dom's :-* and I'm pretty sure Midnite's on.

I also remember asking if they'd appear on next (now this) years calendar, the answer was no.

Anyway, just now I went through 2003 and couldn't find my postings of their b-days....thaaaat's right...I wanted to make sure they're on the next year's calendar.

IIRC, dom is February...MB is early April...and Midnite...well,

How come last year (2003)'s post went away (my spazing that June 29th is my anniversary is still on last years calendar) ??? ???

Thanks

Patti
