You poor husbands have to put up with that about so many of the idols we seem to have.  It goes both ways I think. My poor husband has to listen to how gorgeous David Selby is and the saying "Be Still My Heart."

Than again my husband loves Gina Lolabridgeida, know I spelled that wrong,.

Birdie...how funny and true.
The only celebrity my ((Mom)) ever met was Gina Lollabrigida...of course, I was 11 and had no clue (until I watched enough Flintstones...Gina Lodabricks!!)

My husband's smart....he calls me on the phone & says, "Hello, this is....duh duh duh duh....QUENTIN" and he know's I'll pant.
My daughter, however thinks I'm going to leave my husband FOR Quentin...
well,
we won't
go
there...

And BTW Birdie...valium's around if you need it (just at nighttime though), I'm only in NJ ;)

so that when the great and powerful MB and Midnite tell me things in Computereez, I can obtain translation.  Then I do as I'm told and hope for the best.

Raineypark!!!
I LOVE YOU... :) :)
I'd be lost without Midnite (and MB is too tech for me).

BTW...the whole reason I read this topic is because I too had noticed a major slow down (starting about 5-6 days ago).

I don't believe I have any messages (God knows I aint got no cash$$$)!!!

Sometimes, I'll click to be notified of replies to my (original ) posts.
This was the first time a message came up....do you want an e-mail?
I hit yes...but I've
a) never had a notification (even though people have replied to posts before)

b) never been asked this (was there a glitch/should it always have been asking me)??

Thanks

As far as the beauty mark/patch goes, the fact that it moved was actually historically accurate, albeit a bit out of date for 1795.  It was fashionable for ladies to wear patches of different shapes.  The shape and location of the patch meant different things.

Tekkwryter (sp)....you'd know...is this correct??
Any more info on this?
Thanks

Patti, all your posts on any of the boards count.

The way I just quoted what's above was to type this:
Code: [Select]

in my post. Whatever you want to quote has to be placed between
Code: [Select]

Try it out here on this board to see if you can get the hang of it. ;)

Uh, I still don't get it...I tried just highlighting 1 of your sentences, then hitting the quote key....duh, I don't get it.

I thought today's 1st eps makeup was very good.
I loved Josette's (I though emerald green) eyeshadow with the dark eyelashes and her dark clothes made TLATKLS look EXTRA scrumptious ::)
Then, when Joshua was talking to mortal Barn, I thought they made Louis look good; older than Barn fer sure, plus the furrowed brow and dust made him look haggard (appropo for the part).
I also thought Barn looked the part of a dying man; ashen and in general green around the gills.   ;)

Have a good weekend!

Also....I click on quote, but duh, I don't know (except for pasting/cutting) how to quote just part of your/anyone's text? :-[
