the writers and Dan Curtis must have had fun conjuring up creative ways to "off" some of these characters...is that I don't think that it was 'conjured up'; talked about, thought through at all, leading to the demise.

At first, I was going to vote as a ghost, because it was such fun. But it wasn't really acting per se, just glaring.
