Poor Carolyn...all alone after everyone buys the farm.

Didn't we, in some ep, hear of Collins' from NY?

So, since everyone died, Carolyn & Quentin are all alone, which is why they went nuts.

No one to take care of them :'(

I dunno...Carolyn always seemed stronger than that.

don't listen Anne....Not Quentin...he's weak; but our Kitten is strong.

Sad that they had no one to get them away from the tragedy.

"In a Child's Name" today, 8/17, 4pm, CourtTV

"A Small Town in Texas", Wed, 8/20, 9:30am, ShowtimeII

Well, that's all I could find.

Current Talk '03 II / DS DVD Commercial
« on: August 15, 2003, 08:54:12 PM »
I saw a commercial for DS DVDs during DS today.
One question...at the end (I guess where/when they would show the phone# to call to order), there was a moving pic of Barn.
Black & white, slow-mo; couldn't tell what scene/ep it was from...

Anybody know?

thanks,

Patti

Haven't watched in sooo long, and 1995 is extremely good.

First...why is Q so afraid of G.S.?
Why is he telling Barn, "He's going to kill us all!", uh, hello, Quentin, you & Barn are already of the seriously dead variety.

I hate the draw to K. Jackson; don't know why, it just irritates me, "Lilacs...kiss me Kate" ::)

Stokes' '95 character looks to be about age 75, which for 1970, was considered old (my father-in-law just turned 74 last Sat, he's not so 'old').

Why oh why doesn't everyone try to help Barn? Is it because it's been 25 years of fear and loathing in Collinsport?

Julia99...(do you mean Grayson Hall)?

If so, your avatar pic of her, with fuller hair, is quite attractive.

Is that a pic from NODS/HODS (Carlotta, maybe)?

She looks duvoon!!!

« on: August 15, 2003, 11:45:40 AM »
Yesterday, when the power outages were first happening (well, right AFTER they said no terrorism), I started thinking about:

Raineypark
MB
Birdie
JoeyTrom,
etc, etc.

Who, in NE region, can get out/who has power?

Happy Friday y'all....

Patti

Be Careful...Anne :-*

It would be nice once in awhile to at least have some of them living "happy ever after" instead of the one & two residents that are usually left.

If you think about it honey...this is Barn's 'raison d'etre'; he's always, ALWAYS trying to 'save' the Collins'.

Probable guilt (if he hadn't taken up with 'that woman from Martinique', his curse wouldn't have started, leading to Naomi's suicide, his father's total can't think of right word), some of Millicent's coo-cooness, yada yada.

(But, unbeknowst to Barn, there was already trouble's a brewing;
the whole Judah thing pre-dates Barn.
)

But, really, everyone in RT 1970 is okay (not perfect, but okay).

and cry to us! We all love you 8)

Thank you...NOW OF COURSE the dishwasher (only 3-4 yrs old) has decided to break.

So, after only getting 4 hrs sleep, working, cleaning, cooking, I get to come home, unload dishwasher, wash all dishes (drying in between, cause there's no room on rack).

Gee, where was my 12 year old daughter?

Oh, watching TV, after GS camp today....must be hard.

aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

thanks,

Patti

(PS...within 5 years, we've had to replace:
washer
dishwasher
refrigerator/freezer
dryer...I know I'm forgetting another appliance.

Know any good loan sharks?)

1995 is when I got online.

Whoosh, what a difference 8 years makes.

For me....the 1995 means we (albeit for a short while) get to see Clarice Blackburn!!! :D

(but, we also see someone else...who knows, maybe I'll be able to tolerate that Quentin wanna be!!)

Patti's results:

Like just 3% of the population you are a JUDGE (DICT). Your affinity for facts and analytical approach to life help you some complex problems and make tough decisions that others cannot. But don't think you don't act like a bitch a lot of the time.ya think??
You jump into arguments and hold grudges like crazy. Try jumping into the sack and holding buttocks, instead. You could probably use some love.
BOY...DON'T LET MY HUSBAND HEAR THAT!!

While some may see you as a bit overbearing and arrogant, your friends know that you are a trustworthy person with depth and a strong sense of righteousness. Although you are introverted and somewhat reserved, you have a forceful personality that your friends appreciate and your enemies fear. God help them. God help all of us.

MB...I was at work when I earlier saw this...and all those stupid pop-ups with "Would you like to download......" couldn't do it there.

You have an intuitive understanding of emotion and know how evoke it in others, but the real world can be a prison of foolishness and embarrassment if you don't get your head out of the clouds a little more. Also, you are 87% likely to write poetry. Please, for the love of God, stop now.

The last bit about the poetry most definitely doesn't apply [lghy], but the rest is fairly accurate.

I read this, then I read the poetry you've written for the winner of Ms. Ideal Ghoul...really MB...poet laureat of DS!!

Testing. 1, 2, 3... / A Robservation Question
« on: August 11, 2003, 12:44:39 AM »
So Robin has typed all 1245ish eps.

They're not all on here, right?

And...if she's done them all, will they be 'recirculated' (they're not going to stop being here, are they?? :'( :'( )

I posted this here because I guess it's more of an administrative question.

I went for Laura 1967...she seems so distant, aloof, preoccupied....scary.

But...my very close 2nd would've been Josette via Ang.
