HELLOOOO

They were always calling the Sheriff's Department!!

(They would have the Sheriff's direct number, no first dial 0 then yada yada...these were COLLINSSSSSES!!!)

Obviously, the name of an employment agency, such as GovernessRUs.

Carolyn would have the Todd's Antique shop on her phone.

(And I can picture David programming Mrs. Johnson's kitchen phone with Julia Child's number!!)

Thanks for the pic Midnite, but I still can't make out if it's an indoor or outdoor statuary....

....if I may also MB, I know that there's posts called The Watching Project. They're on the Current Talk and IIRC it would've started perhaps late last year ('07).

Current Talk '08 II / Lawn Jockey??
« on: September 15, 2008, 06:46:43 PM »
On Today's Montage (Mon, 9/15) with Joe, Carolyn & David, to the left of David there appears to be a statue? which may be a lawn ornament...?

Does anyone have a different picture (different view) so I can see? (Also, does anyone know what the statuary is?)

Thanks,

Patti

Did I miss it? Did someone already mention Barnabas' cane? (which we've seen variations of on different shows.)

Games / Re: The DS characters: the TV shows they would never watch
« on: August 31, 2008, 04:04:03 PM »
Barnabas, Quentin, Elizabeth (early eps), Nicholas, Angelique (all incarnations), Willie, Roger, David, Sam, Magda, Laura (all incarnations), Count Petofi, Aristede, 1895 Trask, vampire Dirk.

All above mentioned would not, repeat NOT want to meet up with Adrian Monk!! He would have 'their number' by the end of at least a 2-hour episode.

The R e v e r e n d Trask of 1795 couldn't watch Highway to Heaven.

Mrs Johnson no to Martha Stewart.

JebEZ Hawkes couldn't watch Roots.

Angelique no to BtVS, because she'd envy Willow's enormous power.

No way Jose Barn, Roger, Sam or Burke would watch Gene Simmons Family Jewels.

Elizabeth no to Bones...(ha ha)

Also, Laura no Bones.

Julia would be devastated watching House (she'd start saying I don't understand)..

It's beautiful!  I love blue!

Ummm...does the new blue have anything to do with Gerard's avatar? (Unless I'm totally wasted, it's like a sillouette....am I hallucinating??)

As
What a great new look for the site!  Props to whoever took care of the change, it looks great!  Julie  :-)

Julie...read lots on Testing 1-2-3 AND various Calender/Announcement boards and you'll see that it's wonderful, nee marvelous Mysterious Benefactor and our own sweetie Midnite who slave laboriously on these boards....

Current Talk '08 II / Re: Why do we love 1897?

PETOFI!!

That said, Aristede's evilness, I also love when Edward is the 'help'. Love love love when
Angelique pulls a doppleganger on Laura!!
. Love the whole idea of Angelique 'happening' to be in 1897.

I whole-heartedly agree about the writers using just enough (yeah, 'using' is one word..) of the literary goodies that the audience en masse would 'get it'.

Really love Judith's part....hated supsequent rolls for Miss Bennett.

Also (to re-iterate what's in the problem with postings); if you click 119 seconds & it gives you the less than 120 seconds, you'll have to re-wait another 120 seconds.

Hope this helps & welcome barnabry!

Thanks for the info MsCriseyde.

I had seen promos for this show; I love Jane Kraz(sp).

Will David Selby's character be a recurring one?

Thanks!!
