Does anyone know anything about when that play took place?

Thanks,

Patti....who is so sad about this terrible loss.

Yes dom [santa_kiss] he's 'cured' (because when he goes back to 1897, he's 'uncured').

Rainey...lololol...share the loo...but, I know Roger has no luggage; Prof. Stokes says they'll make a journey soon to get some of his things.

dom....Barn has Magda/Sandor keep the basement locked (but some people (loose term) still get in!!)

Well, my husband took all 3 of my kids to FL for a week; I actually took a couple days off from work. So, in between massive cleaning, I've been watching a few 1897 eps:

WHEE!!!

first, I watched right before we 'go back'. I had forgotten David being 'possessed'. Loved, loved loved where Roger doesn't believe, but then he 'sees'!!! Of course, him shouting, "We'll be back, rest assured!" is one of the best DS moments.

I had [spoiler]totally forgotten about Quentin dying, being brought back as a zombie by Angelique[/spoiler] so that was alot of fun!!!

Then, after some slow moving (and most of my tapes are not labeled, duh, so.......there's King Johnny Romano!!!

Then after a while......it's the h a n d. I had forgotten how cheesy looking it is!!!

The next second, it's.....H I M !. So I hit off, figured I'll watch this when I have a little more time.

Back to work now,

Patti

I felt 1970 (Leviathan) and 1970PT should have been two separate Barnabases...IMHO.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Okay, if memory serves, when Vicki first goes back to 1795, Lt. Forbes is.....outside the Old House?

Why was Forbes in the lives of the Collins' anyway?

Thanks,

Patti

Current Talk '04 II / "Rebecca"
« on: December 18, 2004, 05:04:40 PM »
We've all noticed/mentioned the similarities between 1970PT and "Rebecca".

However, at that time (1970), does anyone know if "Rebecca" had been on TV that much?

I say this, because if not, most of the 'main' players in 1970PT would not have seen "Rebecca" (probably...what, 1940?) That let's off Qman, TLATKLS, Lara Parker (but not JFrid or Grayson).

Pondering minds want to know... [ChristmaS11] (sorry, HAD to....love it!!)

Perhaps I have FVMM (faulty vampire movie memory), but, I thought vamps say "No" to alcohol....

I could swear in my minds eye I can see Bela Lugosi saying he doesn't imbibe, but I think I can also see him sipping a glass of wine.

Barn, of course, served his claret cups.

What got me thinking about this, the other day on "Buffy", Spike (heretothough called 'Huba Huba') was wasted because Drew (heretothough called 'Skank') had left him.

How could a vampire get drunk?

Is there some mention that there is no heart beat? (Which, of course if true, you couldn't get drunk, because the booze wouldn't flow to system.)

Anybody???

Huba-Huba [santa_rolleyes]

(personally, I think Angelique Stokes Collins should've been listed as Angelexis...).
