Testing. 1, 2, 3... / Resizing Board Pics
« on: November 15, 2015, 07:33:22 AM »
Midnite, this is mostly for you, (but ANYONE who knows how to do this, please chime in):

So, there's the 'more', underneath the bunnies (for additional silly characters).

When you (Midnite) post something which makes the character larger, I always hit quote, to see how you do it.

I know you have something like 'img'  something something.

Can you teach me to increase the boards cutsey pics?

Next, so, I've been putting OS cast members pics, but WHY ARE THEY BENEATH THE WHITE BOX I'M TYPING IN RIGHT NOW???

Spazy,

Patti

(Please don't tell me to look for MBs resizing images, he's waaaaay to smart for me), plus, I *believe* he's referring to actual pictures (like all the ones I have with David Selby on our trip to Scotland).  [easter_grin]

PS, okay MB, please change the bunnies to autumnal or current seasonal pics, if you want oh Magnificent One.

Calendar Events / Announcements '15 II / "I Aint Missin' You"
« on: November 15, 2015, 07:18:08 AM »
been wanting to post this for quite some time

Do we all know the song, "I aint missin you, no matter, what my friends say"?

Well I aint missing:

Raineypark

Birdie

Robin V

Emerald Rose

(((((Ringo Collins)))

and...last, but certainly not least:

Auntie Henry (known as a couple of other names also).

And, if any of you believe I'm not missing the above, I've got an attractive bridge in Brooklyn for you to look at, price is negotiable.  [easter_rolleyes]

« on: November 13, 2015, 06:50:01 AM »
Midnite, honey, YOU of all people know I know how to use advanced search mode.

Unclicked every board save Robservations, tried (in search box) #eps980. No, so I changed it to just Episode 980. Still no.

So, After spending some time, I got to ep 984-985 (which was close enough).

Read that, and did the 'next' at top.

Well, hey, that got me to ep 980.

Figured maybe it's previous, got me to 978, again, prev., 976.

Tried next two more times.

Please go to eps 980/81, "Exit the Bride", and try doing the next and previous.
If it works for me, can you 'screen grab it' for me to visually see?

Thanks,

Patti

To all our cousins who have protected our freedoms, and all of our cousins who will be a little sadder tomorrow:

Thank
You

I'm so very grateful, that, with no fear, I'm sitting here, in my home, with (Thank God), no bombs bursting in air, and able to talk with my friends...about ANYTHING.

I'm going to even give a 'shout out' to Joshua, Jeremiah and Barnabas Collins; don't forget, they hid soldiers and armaments during the Revolutionary War.

Regarding, "Monster Club", it was awful.

It was a 3-story thing.

BUT!!!!

There are great interviews; with director David Del Valle, with David Del Valle interviewing Vincent Price in 1987 (haven't watched that yet), because at the beginning of an audio only interview of D. D. Valle & V. Price:

(Del Valle speaking): "You first came to Hollywood in 1938 to do "Service Deluxe" with Constance Bennett".....What!!!! Kept rewinding; took me several times (it's the 1st sentence, again, of an AUDIO interview).

Now, I went on to You Tube (which I don't normally like to go); couldn't find just that, but:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0030732/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1

That's from IMDb, of course.

Wow!!!

Wow!!!

Worth it just for the interviews!!

The interview also talks (amongst many, many other things), "Laura", which, I had forgotten Vincent Price was in. They were saying how Otto Preminger hated Clifton Webb, who, in my opinion, is the crown gem in that movie.

Again, it 'seems' as if the who movie is on You Tube, but, I don't know if it would include interviews.

If you want to watch it, there's (at end of 2nd 'mini movie') in the Monster Club, a strip-tease which is very watch-worthy.

Chris Pennock.................Jabez Hawke (aka The Leviathan) 1969; Cyrus Longworth/Yaeger, PT, Sebastian Shaw 1969?; Gabriel Collins, 1840.

John Karlen.............Willie Loomis, 1966; (I can't remember him in 1795!); Carl Collins, 1895; William Longshead Loomis, PT; a Collins (who brings back head of JZ), 1840PT (I think).

Jonathan Frid........Barnabas Collins, 1795-1970 [as mortal in 1795, turned into a vampire in 1795, chained inside his coffin by Joshua Collins, 1795, freed from coffin by Willie Loomis in 1966, using I-Ching wands, went to 1895 {he had a body there, still chained}, 'played' cousin Barnabas, from England in 1895], went to 1995 w/Julia to see the ruination of Collinwood and most of the family. Back to RT, became a Leviathan (mostly due to blackmail of Oberon regarding Josette), first to notice the East Wing/Parallel Time, still Barn in PT (because there was no American/living PT Barnabas Collins); Bramwell Collins 1840 RT & PT?.

I eventually watched these (I believe I've seen through marriage).

I watched the first & second consecutively (or, consecutive nights).

It was a nice, easy watch.

I just bought the TV series "The 4400".

I've never heard of it; it sounds like X Files meets Heroes (I own that!).

If it's something you think stinks, please don't tell me.

If you think it was an okay/easy watch, just tell me that.

Thanks,

Patti
