Nice article, but I'm disappointed that someone who seems so knowledgeable about it kept putting an "s" in "Collinswood."  That was kind of disconcerting every time it came up.

On one of today's eps of Family Feud (and I say one because in my area there are six new eps of the show aired every weekday (who knows how they manage that), so the one I'm about to talk about that I just happened to catch may or may not have been on in other areas) the first question was "Name the first thing a vampire does before he crawls out of his coffin at night." The first contestant got the #1 answer "Hunts/Looks for blood" (35 pts.). That family played and the next contestant got the #5 answer "Flies" (3pts.). The third contestant said "Take a shower," but it wasn't there. The fourth said "Nothing," which also wasn't there. And the fifth said "Sharpens his fangs," which turned out to be their third strike.

So, why am I posting about any of this and why am I doing so in this topic? Well, it's because the second family was able to steal by saying "Stretches" and that turned out to be the #2 answer (33pts.). So based on that survey, apparently Depp's Barn did what a third of people expected a vampire to do when he was seen stretching upon rising. 

(And just for the record, the #4 answer was "Takes a whiz" (4pts) (thankfully we didn't see that in the film ), and the #3 answer was "Yawn" (12pts) (something Depp's Barn also did - and combined with streching, that brings the combination to almost what half the people expect a vampire to do - so who knew the film exhibited such insight  )

Wait, wait, wait. How could a vampire do any of the putative responses BEFORE leaving the sepulchre?  Was the actual question first thing Vamp does AFTER leaving coffin?

No, it was before. And that's why those two answers were perfect for the film because Depp's Barn did them before he left his coffin.
