S is for Star Trek: The Next Generation - Kathryn Leigh Scott (Maggie, et. al.) played "Nuria"  in the "Who Watches the Watchers" episode which aired in 1989.

Also in 1989,  Mitch Ryan (Burke Devlin) played Will Ryker's father, Kyle Ryker, in  "The Icarus Factor" episode.

T is for tweed, most notably used for Julia's suits, and even seen on Dirk in 1897!

U = ubermensch, a superman.  Nicholas Blair tried to use Adam to create a race of superior beings.

V is for Vega$ - A TV show which aired from 1978-1981 on ABC.  John Karlen (Willie Loomis, et. al.) guest-starred in 2 episodes, in 1979 and 1981.

W is for Wheelchair (Sabrina's and/or Gabriel's)

X is for Xandra-- the name of Joan Bennett's character when she starred in the 1930 movie Scotland Yard.

Y is for Yancy Derringer - a TV show which aired on CBS from 1958-1959. Dennis Patrick (Jason McGuire, Paul Stoddard) guest-starred in one episode of Yancy Derringer  in 1958. I was only 3 years old that year!

Z is for Zeena Frome, a character played by Clarice Blackburn in a 1960 episode of The DuPont Show of the Month.

A is for arsonist (Timothy Stokes in PT 1970, or Barnabas in the antique shop).

B is for Bonanza - a TV show which aired on NBC from 1959-1973. It's my favorite western! Several DS stars were on Bonanza.  George Mitchell (Matthew Morgan #1) guest-starred in three episodes -  in 1960, 1961, and 1968; Roger Davis (Jeff Clark, et. al.) guest-starred in two episodes - in 1966 and 1971;  Dana Elcar (Sheriff Patterson) also  guest-starred in two episodes - in 1969 and 1972; Diana Millay (Laura Collins) guest-starred in one episode in 1961; and Dennis Patrick (Jason McGuire, Paul Stoddard)  also guest-starred in one episode in 1960.

I've had this one for a while.  I'm so happy I finally get to use it!

C is for Mrs. Curry, the unseen 1897 widow who killed herself when she found out Gregory Trask was married.

D is for Martin Donovan, the superb actor cast as Roger Collins in the 2004 DS pilot.

E is for Edge...  Specifically the edge of the cliff at Widow's Hill.  Many Dark Shadows characters stood there (some even slipped or fell from the edge), but I think I remember a scene with Vicki standing on the edge and Matthew Morgan startling her.

G  is for Gunsmoke - a TV show which aired on CBS from 1955-1975. Several DS stars guest-starred on Gunsmoke ---  Kathleen Cody (Hallie, Carrie Stokes) -  4 episodes from 1973-1975; Roy Thinnes (Roger in the 1991 DS revival series) -  2 episodes,  in 1962 and 1963; Dana Elcar (Sheriff Patterson) - 2 episodes in 1970; George Mitchell (Matthew Morgan #1) -  2 episodes, in 1959 and 1960; Diana Millay - 1 episode in 1961; Dennis Patrick - 1 episode in 1958.
