The witch trial judges were already covered.

Well then I'd have to say that "grand piano" didn't qualify either - because "piano" was already on the list...

Grand piano was not previously on the G list.  The Judge's name was already covered under J by "judges (witch trials)" (but would be acceptable under M  ;)).  "Doctor" under D serves the same function.

You and I discussed a similar situation in this post, and I explained:

As long as the name or word hasn't been repeated for the same letter, I've seen no problem with it.

N is for the North Road that passes through Collinwood.  The sea  is at one end of it, a creek and old mill are at the other end, and it narrows near a cemetery.  Or something.  :D

During the time DS was on the air, a Nielsen-style ratings system called the TVQ-rankings was in use. According to the DS Almanac, the Q-scores for DS in 1968 were 37 among overall viewers (the same as "Bewitched") and 41 among women viewers.

S is for Sacreligious, which is what DS was accused of being in a religious tract published by the Jack Chick Company.  Also, the portrayal of religious figures on the show could be interpreted as sacreligious.

X = xenoglossy; speaking in tongues.  Barnabas and Vicki spoke French, a language they did not acquire through natural means, during seances.
