Q is for quay (pronounced kee) - a wharf; dock.  It could refer to the Collins shipyard and/or the docks where Barnabas found lots of his victims who were "ladies of the night".

R is for raconteur - a clever storyteller; a narrator.  Barnabas was a raconteur when he told the story of Josette's death to Vicki and Carolyn on that stormy night.  Also, the voiceovers were a type of narration - Alexandra Moltke was the raconteur (narrator) more than anyone else. [cheesyg]
