Barnabas was not at all pleased once he realized that Jason was completely aware that the Old House's library included a collection of Playgirl magazines.

The emphasis right now is on playing the Complete This Phrase / Fill In The Blank(s) game. Which is why...

...the first three Caption This! boards aren't currently accepting new posts (unless someone is an admin/mod or has reached a certain level (i.e Junior Ascendant, Senior Ascendant, etc.).

Ah, okay.  I'll have to look for that then!  Thanks!

Whatever happened with this?   [pointing-up] (I've been away for while.)

Also, have the reply functions been removed from some of the captions?  I was attempting to respond to one from episode #253 and there was no way to post a reply.  So I checked some of the others in that section, and they had no reply buttons either.  I checked the last section (Year 5) and there were reply buttons.  Please clarify.  Thanks!

If only half of them realized how magnificent the KarlenZines really are...
And what with my artwork. The only shame is that I never posted the naked Willie drawing. Tsk, tsk...

Yes, this is true.  Janet, your artwork added a LOT to the zines!  Thank you! [hello]

Thank you! (I've been away or I would've said so sooner.)  :)

I've been meaning to post this for some time, but just now am getting around to it.  I moved my web site in October because AOL ceased its hosting services.  For those of you familiar with the Willie Loomis Tribute Page, please note the new URL.

It's so sad about Nikki.  She was truly a one-of-a-kind person, one of the most generous, kind-hearted people I've ever known.  And her talent as a writer was exceptional.  She had a gift few writers have--the ability to create a character in just a few lines who is instantly understood by the reader.  Her work certaily enriched the KarlenZines. (The Gina Lee series was only a small part of what she published there.  She peopled Collinsport with real, believable people.)   An amazing woman, she will be missed by those of us who knew and loved her.  My heart goes out to you and her family.

- it was more akin to a master/slave relationship.  But the question was: who was the slave and who was the master?
