Interesting. In the first book cover, Collinwood looks kind of like the Addams Family house, while on the second, it's clearly Lyndhurst.

I am very curious to see this! Congrats to Stuart Manning for getting the contract for this.

This is pretty exciting. Hopefully my local comic shop will carry it so I can at least check it out and see whether or not I like it.

I want to check it out. I remember the Dark Shadows comic book from Innovation back in the early 90's. It was a good book until Innovation went out of business.

Yes, that was pretty good - and infinitely better than the Gold Key series. I was really disappointed when it ended prematurely.

As much as I love the Gold Key comics -- and I do, unapologetically -- I am looking forward to seeing the original series represented in a first-class comic book, with what I assume will be artwork that flatters the characters. Is it too much to ask that Julia be depicted as a stylish woman and not a crone or drag queen?

God I hope there's no Vampirella/DS crossover. Vampirella with a costume that would embaress the most jaded streetwalker woulldn't mesh well with DS.
