David is with Matthew eventually leaving with promises of more help. Matthew is angry Vickie tried to warn David. She tries to convince him to leave Collinwood and leave her behind.
Carolyn calls Burke who is annoyed and only interested in finding Vickie. David drops by trying to get Burke to agree that Roger is behind Bill’s death and Vickie’s disappearance. Burke feels cops are giving up and wants private searchers called in.
A voice calls Matthew. Vickie doesn’t hear it. Josette’s portrait glows. He hears voice again and takes Vickie to see it. Matthew is becoming more unhinged. It seems Josette can control who she appears to.
