You know, I have a 9/11 thought. Also, I hadn't heard about this at the time, but recently watching a PBS special about Queen Elizabeth, I hear she had the guard play "The Star Spangled Banner" like the next day during a memorial. Considering that's sort of about the 'colonies' revolting against England, that showed impressive love and style on her majesty's part.
Anyhow, the people of Great Britain will always be remembered by me as a part of the 9/11; thank you our friends.
But I'm equally appalled by all the politically correct "anti-war activists" who express outrage over Pres. Bush's aggression in Iraq, but think that what Bin Laden did/does can be justified by calling terrorists "people of color".
And lets not forget our neighbors to the north. When all those planes had to land in Canada, the distraught passengers were welcomed with open arms, and treated like family members.
On 9/11/2001 I was living about two miles from the World Trade Center. Two people on our block died in the towers. We could smell the smoke for weeks.
