I 've listened to the new DS audio play The Rage Beneath twice now and I haven't noticed Marie Wallace anywhere in the play . She's listed in the creditson the cd liner , but she's not listed on the online credits on their official website . But the only female characters I 've recognised were Maggie , Angelique and Susan . So does anybody know anything about this  ?

IIRC there was something posted SOMEWHERE about her little cameo. Maybe it was in the articles featured on Stuart's site.

I didn't catch it the first time, and personally, right now I don't have the patience or the time to go back and listen to it just for her cameo. I'm going to eventually though. Or maybe somebody else will listen close enough to notice it and post it here for us to know! lol

The info was included in the second to the last ShadowGram email update, which, like you, referred to it as a very small part:
ShadowGram Update #164

...The Rage Beneath brings the series to a close, with a deadly spirit rising from the ocean on a vengeful mission. Robert Rodan guest stars in the story, which also features a cameo from Marie Wallace.

Perhaps it was a non-speaking role.

A non-speaking role in an audio drama - now that would be a unique cameo.  [wink2]

I emailed the DS branch of Big Finish asking about Marie Wallace and got a responce from Stuart Manning that she has a cameo of
one of the crowd watching the ship come to dock . Maybe I mistook her for Susan Grifffith or just didn't notice her .
In a review at collinwood.net he directed me too , he described her part as blink and you'll miss it , but that he hopes for her to play a proper part in the future .

I hope she just happened to be around.    Or lives in town.

I'd love to hear Marie go nuts again, chewing up the microphones in a good way.    She'd be great for audio, though I wonder if she can or wants to get that energetic, now.

The cameo was recorded at the Festival hotel with one of the weekend's guests.

Ah ha! So that answers it! I totally forgot about that scene. It would make sense that she would be there especially since there were so many people talking at once. I hope she was singled out so that you can actually hear her above all the background noise. I'll have to go back and relisten to it. It's not one of my favorites of the CDs....which reminds me that I have to do the review for it. Gah.
