i think both of you ,David and VW ,are right and are saying the same things
God Bless the both of you for being brave enough to speak your minds
in a time when to do so you get "Dixie Chicked" by others(believe me it has happened to me and I work in Cambridge,Mass) attacking Bush and his polices or war in Irag has nothing to do with the horrible events of 9/11
i could not watch the retelling thurs as it is just too sad!God Bless all the victims, families and the world!

i'm glad something in going to be on the east (sorry guys)
as this year is was changed for us and i could not go.
as Nancy has said before they have to go where the interest
and stars can go. i have never been to a fest would love to see one in NE
but don't think that'll ever happen. i quess we just have to be glad that
something is happening and hope Sci Fi doesn't cancel as they seem
to be preempting a lot lately!

take care and hope something works out!

CastleBee,

In Bram Stoker's "Dracula," didn't the count occasionally crawl up the side of his castle?  (I remember seeing Louis Jordan (who played the Transylvanian nobleman ) crawling up the castle wall  in the British TV production of "Dracula" many moons ago.)

Can you imagine if  Mrs. Johnson looked out below her bedroom window and saw Mr. B. working his way up the back wall of Collinwood?  Heck, I'll bet Mrs. Johnson hadn't been so excited and worked up since Ted Williams won the American League Triple Crown in 1947!  ("Right this way, big boy.  Keep on crawling.  Come to Mama Johnson, you devilish rascal, you!")

Bob the Bartender, who urges everyone to keep those bedroom windows locked and shuttered every night!

never saw that but i do remember a vampire movie when one crawls up a house! my son call umpires vampires and i think there was one crawling around the field Monday night in Baltimore throwing out FANS :o :o :o

Bob have you gotten over the fact JLO and Ben canceled such a shock ::)

There'd be no one to swoon over and date if you got rid of sports. [wink2]

now dom dear i agree ;) always love that "game within the game"
others may have swooned over rock stars but it was Jim Palmer
in his briefs that made this once teenage girl swoon over baseball men! ;D
