It has been commented on here and it got me to noticing. Yes, she has done it every time since I started looking for it! Can't say I blame the poor girl.

Also, when they are lovey dovey, he has started patting HER hair as well as his own!

SPOILER for 1970 PT...

Oh, I finally thought of my most disturbing DS bit. I KNOW that I won't get the details right, but bear with me. It was in PT I think, when you don't know if Alexis is really Angelique or not. Until the good twin (Alexis) opens the coffin and the bad twin (Angelique) kills her to take her place. It is the only scene in DS that has actually scared me. It still creeps me out to think of it. I think it is abnormal that no one asks Adam how he got all those scars.... or maybe they have and I just missed it.  [hdscrt]

My guess is they just took it for granted that he ran his motorcycle into a barbed wire fence!

My question would be why Dr. Lang made him look like that? Did he put the face together first and wanted to practise his stitchwork?  It isn't patchwork, that would make SENSE.

I just got home from seeing it too! Glad I'm in the city and won't have any in my back yard....

Quentin's could be an oldfashioned Victrola.

Does anyone know if this is going to be released in the foreseeable future? Is it the compilation of a couple of videos? I can't find much info about it.

Barney's recent discussion with Adam about not expecting to live through the experiment reminded me that I hadn't ever asked this question. At that point of the show, it seemed they really might have been writing Frid out of it. Does anyone know whether he was in negotiation for more money at that time?

I know on the Special Edition DVD Michael Stroka made an hilarious comment about David inquiring about another actor's salary and commented that they were all to have made the same amount per show except for Joan Bennett and Jonathon Frid. (David's comment to Dan Curtis was something like "I don't need this Dan, I can always go back to high school!")

Also, the discussion about the disturbing death of Dr. Woodard makes me wonder. I have always thought it was probably hastily arranged due to the absence of Robert Gerringer. Has this been verified or disputed publically?

As for Amanda Harris:  there is so much animosity towards this character!  Why?

She is the female equivalent of Jeffy Clark. At least that is how she strikes me and obviously, quite a few others. Of course, we all have our least favorite actors/characters and fortunately, we don't ALL agree on them!

Actually, I LIKE actors from the Keystone Cops School of Acting! ;D Grabbing his head in an exaggerated manner ALWAYS does it for me!  ;)

Oh wait, no sarcasm, uhhh.... no, you are not alone. I do honestly think he is quite handsome until he opens his mouth or acts like a donkey. Which is pretty much all of the time. The last time I watched I was happy to see Roger Davis on the show, as I had not originally watched his antics on DS and I instead remembered him fondly from "Alias Smith and Jones". I honestly have no idea if he was better on AS&J or if I was young and brain dead. I know it was acknowledged at the time that Davis wasn't as appealing as the original actor playing the role. But after Peter Duel's suicide, it was accepted that he was an hard act to follow and people hoped for the popular show to go on. If I was brain dead (unfortunately quite likely) , I don't think I was alone.

Well, the kind thought is that he was in a suspended animation mode. However, if I remember right he made comments about his time in the coffin, which leads me to believe he regained consciousness each evening. Either way there are leaps to make. If he was suspended why did he "wake" up to lead Willie to his coffin? Willie definately appeared to be under Barney's influence, staring at his portrait and so on. Though I guess you make a point for that being greed alone.

If he was alert throughout, why didn't he lead someone to him sooner? Can a vampire exist indefinately without any blood?

Regardless, he certainly got up and out of there in a one cranky mood. Can a vampire get up on the wrong side of the coffin?  :P

Someone had mentioned awhile ago on this board that Anthony George (Jeremiah) looks alot like The Match Game host, Gene Rayburn.  ;)

Omigosh, you are SO RIGHT! It isn't like I go about my day thinking about Gene Rayburn, but it is rather uncanny.

Mark Allen went on the first location shoot to Newport -- although only one shot was ever seen onscreen due to his rapid recasting.

But yeah, that's almost certainly the reason he was chose to represent Sam Evans, as David Ford never actually made it out on location.

But, the clip was of the inside of the cottage, where David Ford spent many a moment! Oh, well. If I ever do make it to a fest, I will try to remember this intensely important question [hdscrt]....(though in reality I would probably just wet my pants over seeing the stars!) [shckd]
