I guess I will have to go with Daughters of Darkness, as I don't think I have seen anything else with DS alumni in it. I think I will get Satan in High Heels for my birthday present to me along with DS Vol. 2.

Does anyone think I could get Night of the Iguana in DVD anytime soon? I could buy the video, but hate to if it will come out on DVD.

Uhhh, this is making my head hurt. OK, since I marked all posts as read tonight, I have left the board and come back. I did the new post search. This "New Feature: Search for New Postings" discussion came up under the unread posts but without an unread posting popping up underneath it.

A couple of new unread posts DID pop up under their headings. I read them. I redid the search. The headings still come up without anything underneath them.

Surely, this is not how it is supposed to work? I am sorry to rate the new feature cumbersome and creaky. And to think I wasted my vote for it! Next time I vote, DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO ME, OK?  :-X

It seems that I am the only one that it isn't working well for?  :-[ I know that I inadvertantly marked all posts as read a few days ago when you first put in the new feature and it had brought up every single post on the whole board for me. So, today, it no longer brought up EVERY post, just all the ones that had been made since I had cleared the board, so to speak. It didn't matter than I had read them and it certainly didn't take me to the point of the unread responses, which SOUNDS great.

So, is it going to continue show all posts since I last marked all as read?  Do I have to read them THROUGH that feature for it to recognize that I did actually see them?  ?!?

I guess if it works for everyone but me this is a moot point, but what about a nice little color change indicator of posts read and unread?

In their August issue, PC Magazine published their annual Reader's Poll. It might surprise you that Dell was ranked highest in overall satisfaction, service, reliability & willingness to buy again for both home and office use. Locally built and Gateway tied for second place. Compaq and emachines tied for last place with failing grades across the board.

I suspect that Gateway's service is contributing to the success of Dell. I am surprised to read that about Compaq though, I had always heard good things about them and wouldn't have ever guessed that they would rank with the likes of emachines....

"Okay, who's the little pecker who peed in this bottle?"

ROFLMAO! I can't hear anything like this without reminiscing about my best friend's little bro when we were all growing up. Dad was quite the turd and little Billy got the worst of it. OK, Billie WAS a brat, but he redeemed himself this time. Dad had bottle of Cepacol (which used to be mouthwash available here in Midwest that was bright yellow in clear bottle). Billy found an empty and filled it right up! I guess the commotion when Dad used it was something to hear. We all managed to keep Billy out of the house and away from danger for a week, before the tempest was spent.  ;D

Well, I love Little Nicky's looks and devil may care grin. And he's such a HAPPY guy. But maybe, as a Christian, I should pass on being introduced to the devil? Tempting though.... [wink2]

Well, he met his current wife at a DS convention, so I suppose that means there's at least one. ;)

Or, at least, there WAS one! I can just see her joining us here, posting away her irritation with her "DH"  and his whining ways..... he sidles up behind her "whatcha doin' hon?", she flips to another site immediately, "Oh nothinnnngggg, what about youuuu?"

Oh, and what about Dr. Whatsisname that so blithely informed Laura Collins how he was going to expose her. Right before he crashed and burned, by coincidence, of course. Maybe all four of our Doctors went to medical school together? ( Or was the other one not a medical doctor, we knew him for such a short time and my memory is so bad...)

Anyway, I rather imagine Dr. Lang's field of specialty lent itself to his moving around fairly often. For one thing, the graveyard in a small town can only yield so much before it is time to move on!

I'm not surprised my friend has the same letter opener; he reminds me a lot of Nicky Blair.

Is that a bad thing?

[hdscrt]

Ohh, I dunno. Is he more than a friend? If not, is he single and are willing to introduce him to me? Sounds like a VERY good thing to me!

What got me was the fact that Barnabas just stood there talking with Angelique, instead of pulling the letter opener out of Joe.

If you ever happen to be in the presence of someone who stabs themself in the gut with a letter opener, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT pull it out! It is much better to keep the stabbing utensil in place and the person will not be as likely to bleed to death. This public service announcement has been brought to you by the NRA.

Ummm, actually, now that you mention it, no. I was just hoping that I wasn't being inadvertantly offensive! Glad to hear that you proud of your glorious noggin!

Anyone else have dreams about DS characters...?

Uhhh, well, yes, now that you mention it....It involved Willie and was rather PG rated (more's the pity). I hated to wake up though! [wink2]

I'm still waiting for Roger, my one true love, to meet me at midnight. [sleep]

How about that dreadful footage of bats used during the Dream Curse segments? It's like everyone was freaked by a National Geographic documentary.

Oh yes! And the bat-on-a-stick, with Barney waithing patiently for it to bite!  :P

That look Jeff was sporting on the album cover is the comb-over of today!

I HATE to disagree with you, Ringo, (and I'm wishing I could see your "other side" in the photo)....today's version of the combover is bald on top with a skinny, long ponytail in the back!
