Me, this is me>

BUSINESSMAN
(Dominant Extrovert Concrete Thinker )

RJ
Like just 3% of the population you are a BUSINESSMAN (DECT). Hide the children and protect the bunnies, basically. In ancient times you would be a deadly barbarian. These days, you're perfect for Wall Street. You prefer concrete thinking to a more creative style, and your direct modes of thought and action help you succeed in whatever you may try to accomplish.

Your forceful and outgoing personality can make you seem like a hothead, but because your mind ultimately rules your heart you rarely let your emotions get in the way of your goals. By the way, think of Genghis Kahn buying seven million pork bellies on the trading market, and then eating half of them, and you have yourself. Good luck.

Barnabas is dumb.  He's only asked cuz he wears pants and rubs his hands all the time, in angst.  grrrr.  . . I feel like he always runs to Julia's room "so what is the real answer?"

A few more survivors from the Golden Age of Movies:

Gloria Stuart
Jane Wyman
Jane Russell
June Allyson
Cyd Charrise
Leslie Caron
Jennifer Jones
I'm gonna quibble here:
Leslie Caron?  She was a star in the 50s & 60s. . (I hardly think that makes her from the Golden Age of Movies which the 1930s, maybe 40s)

Jennifer Jones. . she's the Kate Capshaw of her day. . married to a big Hollywood player, David O'Selznick.. .yea sure she won one oscar but still. . .

June, Jane and Jane. .righto!

Most interviews of Kate Jackson back in the day mentioned 2 things:

1) her first job on Dark Shadows (I remember Merv Griffin and the other guy, his name just left my head both mentioning it and she told the infamous "dress on fire" story), and

2) her love of Katharine Hepburn and how she'd leave flowers for her at her house on 49th Street and one day Hepburn herself opened the door and Jackson ran away with Hepburn yelling, "who are you?"

Wow! other folks know about Carrie Nye. . well i guess that head turning moment in Creepshow did win her a lotta fans! I read about the house in Architectural Digest .. .i guess it's interesting but also a bit pretentious i thought, perhaps the video would change my mind. . .

But I still say that Barn's thinking process is situated lower than his heart. ;)

Oh my surely not!   :P  It's so patently obvious that the writer's motivations came from the southern hemisphere.

That cirgarette scene would've been great! I was thinking the other day how interesting it is that after Julia nearly gets strangled by Barnabas we never see her smoke again on-screen but her continued habit is alluded to. . i can think of 2 other instances where burning cigarettes are focused on in a scene . . .

And John . .i think even Grayson would've had a nervous breakdown with all those characters on screen!  :-*

I like Donna Wanderly but the whole Roxann thing is just dumb and incongruent  .. . and okay, 1st Generation DSers. . .were the writers seriously trying to mess with the fans of Julia (and Barnabas) bydoing this or was it just time for Barnabas to be an idiot?  Didn't Frid even think this was stupid for his character to do?  :-   Given that I'm a staunch Grayson fan, I see mean evil manipulative writers but then again. . .maybe they had another thing going, e.g. staving off DC's nervous breakdown, i dunno?  :-*  If they wanted to throw a wrench into things, why wasn't there ever a guy who came up to Julia and (a la Joey Tribiani) say, "hey, how you doin'?" This type of missteps and uncoordinated romance has kept many shows afloat, e.g. B could've started thinking, well maybe. . and then there is Julia involved with some PT schmoe?
