Poor Bunny. . that apparently was Peter's family name. .i can't figure it.  But then this is my 2 degrees of real separation from DS and La Divine Grayson. . .I always liked Gerringer better too (more potential backstory for Dave Woodard & Julia's friendship).  But after discovering Bunny was my best pal Mimi's cousin .. .well, now I have to root for him too.  (I say this while looking up at a postcard of one of his painting he sent my pal Mimi--)  The Back says "The Famous Great Eastern"  And the Montauk Lighthouse is visible in the background.  I just finished spending a week right aroundt the dune from it .. how ironic!)

I have to say the original SL movie creeped me OUT and still does.  I did read The Shining after hearing how disappointed King was with the film adaptation.  Perhaps I should do it with SL but i was. . as i said onto a 20+ year creeo OUT.  But i finally got over The Exorist .. maybe it's time  now for this one too.  I did like David Soul as the writer and James Mason was understatedly creepy.

And James was 15 then 16 . .they just altered the name of the series i think.  Now he'd be what James at 43 (10 months til 44).

BTW-Patti did you always have that avatar or a recent switch. . . ??  I think its time again (with all the newbies) for the GREAT AVATAR Coundown. . who is the TOP 5 PICKS these days??

Not, as I would myself have articulated, "These people are crazy. Let's blow this popsicle stand and get out of Dodge. There have to be better men back in Martinique."  8)

Lucia--we should REwrite the scene then and a few others. . . :P

Satan in High Heels is one of my top ten movies of all time, for Grayson's performance and for the look and feel of the movie--great soundtrack, too.  End of the Road (short but bittersweet); and the DC produced telefilm, The Great Ice Ripoff, in which she's quietly effective as the wife of a retiring detective.

Just to chime in with the OTHER Grayson fans. . Satan is a fun ride and the innuendo still crackles.  Great Ice Ripoff--she was the best thing in it. . you REALLY believed she was J Lee's wife.  He just slept walked thru the film unfortunately.  Also, for those who only know Grayson as the uptight Julia Hoffman, End of the Road is a SHOCKER. . .one wonders how much more skin she showed in those 2 scenes that ended up on the cutting room floor?? :o

Also it's ironic that Making Love was mentioned. . i was just listening the the Roberta Flack theme song today and thinking back on the groundbreaking nature of that film.  Kate Jackson was quite good as were the two male leads, Michael Ontkean and LA LAW Hunk, Harry Hamlin.

Can anyone here actually CONFIRM that SoapNet and DC Productions are ACTUALLY in negotiations for this, or have we all taken a frequently quoted rumor and run like hell with it?

The latest ShadowGram confirms it.

History keeps repeating as Shirley Bassey sang . . .i thought i knew .. well i kinda know but after i moved to NYC and got all my life belongings in once place.  . . i found a notebook/journal i wrote in 1982, when i was 14. ..  Grayson Hall 's name is penned on the cover and my first several entries are about enjoying a wacky show on PBS and Grayson in particular. . .I always thought it was a few years later, closer to college that "i" not my Mom (womb story) got into Ds. . .but my stepdad confirmed, he used to watch it with me in 1982 in the summer. .and that I loved the skinny redheaded doctor, which he just didn't get at all. . .It was my first bonding experience with my new dad I guess. . . ;D
