I've seem them all used by various Victorias.  I think it's up to the individual person as to how they spell their nick name.

Yes, but I'm thinking specifically of Victoria Winters.

Does anyone know if there is one spelling that the writers used in scripts?

I've always used "Vicki". I'm not sure if that's accurate or not.

"Vicki" is the way it has always been spelled in the script outlines and scripts that I've seen. And it's spelled that way in all the official DS books. So, that's the spelling I've always gone with, too.  ;)  However, just because it's spelled that way in the scripts I've seen, that doesn't necessarily mean it's spelled that way in every script. For example, the writers were notorious for changing the spelling of Windcliff seemingly at whim.  :)  Most often it seems to be spelled "Windcliff" - but it's also been spelled as "Windcliffe" and "Wyndcliff" - and possibly even other spelling variations that are slipping my mind right now.  :D

I used to make a game out of spelling "Windcliff".  The more letters I could use, and the more Baroque the spelling looked, the more amusing I found it.

Obviously, I'm easily amused in general...... ::)

This is true, Wyndecliffe is another one that seems to have multiple ways of spelling it.  I personally use the one I've used here in any fiction etc...that I write.  I also spell Vickie this way, unless I'm in a lazy mood, then I'll drop the 'e'.

This literally made me LOL!  ;)

I've always spelled it "Vicki", but that's just me.

AlsoWhen I write fanfiction, I have always spelled "Windcliff" this way.

Ah well, we can spell them any way we want, that only means we're letting our creative side show  ;D

The long version is spelled C-L-U-E-L-E-S-S.

The shortened form is S-L-O-W.

like mysterious i always spell it "vicki" because that's the way kathryn leigh scott spelled it in her books and since she was "there" i figured she was a good source.

also on a strictly asthetic level i find that the double "i" spelling looks prettier than the "ie" or "y" variations. ;)

for some reason i always end up spelling it "wyndcliff".

Most common?  I've always assumed that it was Queen Victoria who popularized the name Victoria.  Her eldest daughter was also Victoria, nicknamed Vicky, spelled with a y.  Of course that doesn't dictate what people did with the name afterwards, but the i on the end always strikes me as an unnecessay frill.  Oh, well, maybe I'm just channeling a few too many Pilgrim ancestors.
