Julia was only further convinced of Stokes' eccentricity when he had Adam demonstrate his man-in-a-box mime routine, which Stokes had taught him as part of his instruction.

Julia: He's trying to tell us something, but what, where's Lassie when we need her, ADAM! is Barnabas in a well? (thinking self)  or is he stuck in his coffin again!



Stokes: I don't recall teaching Adam this game, perhaps he will teach me this one.
