Author Topic: Pray for DS fan/author Craig Hamrick  (Read 4755 times)

Please, whatever your beliefs, pray for/send love to Craig
Hamrick.

Craig authored the superb Louis Edmonds bio Big Lou & another fine book, Whatever Happened To Barnabas & Company?
He is webmaster for Nancy Barrett, Marie Wallace & Diana Millay, and has 2 sites of his own.

He is also a really nice guy.

Craig has battled colon cancer for three years.
He now has a brain tumor.

Please pray for his recovery.

I'm sorry to hear this news, David, but thank you for alerting us.  I will certainly pray for Craig's health.

My own mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor about three years ago.  Fortunately it was benign and she made a full recovery.  I hope that Craig will improve too.

Oh no- how much is one man supposed to bear?  This really stinks!  Unfair beyond words- let's hope it's benign.  He's fought colorectal cancer for the past few years, and have always looked forward to seeing him at the Festivals.  He's done so much for DS fandom and deserves better out of life.  We've already lost Mr. Curtis this year, and I don't want to lose another member of our 'family'.......

Gawd, this has been a real doozy of a month. My uncle had colon cancer just a couple years ago...wasn't given the greatest chances for recovery, but pulled through. I certainly hope for the best for him...

I likewise will keep Craig in my personal thoughts and prayers as will Diane. One of the treasures of our collection is the copy of "Big Lou" we have signed by both. I will have Craig added to our congregation's prayer circle.
