Having seen The Matrix in 1969PT because in PT it was made by RT's Andy and Larry Wachowski's father Sandy and his brother Harry and released 30 years earlier, Quentin was able to use his own Matrix moves to escape from jail.

Neither an inappropriate setting, nor the absense of a ball and a hoop, could dampen Quentin's enthusiasm for initiating pickup basketball games.
