120 second no post warning

I guess i'm too quick sometimes. .. I try to post something and I get an message saying something alone the lines of
your last posting was less than 120 seconds ago.  Try again later. . .

Can something be done about that?  geez. . i just got it trying to post this, it says exactly:


The last posting from your IP was less than 120 seconds ago! Please try again later!

Hi, J99,

Oh wow, you're fast!  The 120 second limit is to prevent repeated postings (I think it's called spewing) and was never intended to prevent you from posting.
