Hello Cousins! :-*

If Dark Shadows was an hour long show instead of 30 minutes long, what would you have like to see? [cheer]

Examples: magic tricks, blooper of the day, featured DS products, interviews with the stars, daily show previews, Dark Shadows Idol(where characters sing favorite songs for people's vote to win a trophy) [band]

You can use your imagination with this topic and have fun. [flower]

I'll be the boring one and just wish that there had been twice as much DS as usual. XD

It would have been soothing to listen/watch Joan Bennett bake.

Imagine Grayson cooking, while her ashes go into what she's cooking!!

!!Petofi Grills!!

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Or, there could be 30 minute segments with Mike Douglas interviewing each cast member.

I ALWAYS wished it was 60 minutes long.  What with commercials, it seemed like each day's episode was only 15 minutes long!!

But what I wished for most of all (besides more Willie Loomis) was that it had been done live.  Oh, how I would have LOVED that!!  >:D

That sounds good but not with Mike Douglas -- somebody else.

How's about:

*The Divine Chef - With Grayson Hall*
Joy of Painting - With David Selby
Let's Sing! - With David Selby
Assertiveness Training - With Willie Loomis
My Bunny Ears - With KLS
Girl Talk - Starring KLS & Kathy Cody

Joy of Anything - With David Selby (airs once a week)

 ;)

Imagine Richard dawson hosting the Collins Family Feud??!!!  Worse, a DS version of Match Game, with Grayson Hall in the Bret Somers chair!

oh a d.s. version of "match game"?that is too genius!

the cast was made for "match game".everyone smoking and drinking while on set!
frid would make the debonair host.louis would be the charles nelson riley type.all bons mots and double entendres.karlen would be the lewd wise-cracker.he'd jokeingly bicker alot with mitch ryan.selby would be the matinee idol.parker would engage in flirtatious barbs with our host but almost always guess the correct answer.alexandra would be the cute ditz who always got in wrong.joan would so be that "legendary hollywood guest star".grayson totally belongs in the bret somers chair...sarcasm,smoke rings and raspy voiced.

all that booze!all those smokes!this show would be too much! ::)

Petofi....the Family Feud would be GREAT!

Not to be mean, but I think *our* beloved DS alumunus(sp?) is far superior, and Match Game (with the above mentioned....ah....?stars?) wouldn't do them justice (IMHO).

Connie, I would like to genuinely thank you for the most sincere smile that cross my face today  :-*

When I got glued to DS on the SciFi channel I started to buy the MPI tapes and realized how much more soothing and interesting the stories were without stuff being interrupted every 5 minutes with commercials. So, I am also for more  more  story.

Each tape says 108 minutes, for 5, so each ep. couldn't have been more than 21 or 22 minutes.

Seriously, as many interviews as they could do.  I've seen or heard none apart from that one repeated montage at the ends of tapes.

It was practically live already!

As one who was watching when "Paul Stuart's" hair piece fell off during a fight scene on "As The World Turns", I can assure you that there is a real difference between "practically" live and "LIVE!"
