Dark Shadows AI art? Off Topic

Anyone dabble with AI art?

I occasionally do at the free and didn’t register level.

Sometimes trying to get an animated interpretation of the characters. 
Most efforts don’t pan out perfectly, but I’ve actually generated one or two half decent characters within an image of multiple characters.

I’m not sure how to share any results at the moment, but  . . .
My latest attempt used these key words: 

Dark Shadows 1970 cartoon Bruce Timm Style animation chart Barnabas Julia Victoria Willie Elisabeth Collins

Note:  Bruce Timm helped create the animation style seen in Batman: The Animated Series and used in many other DC super hero cartoons since 1992.

Lol I “created” an AI Quentin and his sideburns went right to the smile on his mouth. 

I tried:

 2d animation Bruce Timm style Dark Shadows characters, Barnabas, Julia, Quentin, Stokes

Using various styles in Stable Diffusion 1.5

Only a few on character results sometimes inspired by 3 different versions.  One looked like a modified version of promo material from the 90’s series.

Does this look like an old John Karlen as Willie Loomis?

Not right off the bat. Especially knowing how John Karlen looked in his later years. IMHO of course.

It’s nice to know it turned out at least close. 
I was surprised it went with an older look, but I like it too.

This AI Art stuff can be an odd combination of easy and really really difficult.

It’s not like I painted it, but it’s not like it didn’t take effort.
I guess it’s a bit like people good with photoshop that edit pictures and use filters to create something new. 

I did end up signing up under an alternate email for security. 
Still not paying money for it or expecting to make money from it.

I wish. 
Though maybe if I could get consistent results and use editing software to add speech bubbles it could be possible. 

The more I think about it it’s AI art is more like gambling games like Poker/ Blackjack   It takes skill and luck to get good results.

Recently tried a new feature called “Image Prompting” though these results were worth sharing.
