Hi all, just wanted to share with my dear friends , that I was just diagnosed with
Type 2 diabetes. I have to be put on a medication called Metformin twice a daily.
I had bloodwork done and this was the result. Oh well. I will beat this and eat healthy
And I joined a gym too.  Love you all

You’re taking all the right steps to deal with your diabetes. My mother had diabetes and she lived to be a nonagenarian (in Ezra Braithwaite’s age group).

Watch your diet, exercise (something I “love” doing now at my advanced age), stay on your medication and see your primary care physician regularly. You’ll be fine.
