Bramwell was upset his tattoo failed to prove his love to Catherine because to his mind nothing impresses the ladies more than a face tattoo.

(Actually, my real excuse for this capture is I can't believe how perfectly they lined up the tower between Frid's eyes.  ;))

Though initially painful upon insertion, the 1790's towering nose cap was eventually successful in relieving the pain and embarrassment of chronic sinusitis.  Yet, it never quite caught on as either a fad or fashion statement.

The Tower Room's mind wanders, and it fantasizes about Bramwell, hoping to marry into the family when his literal ship comes in.    Then it starts fantasizing about PT Rose Cottage.    The Tower Room is fickle and is not to be trusted.
