Part II -- Is she or isn't she a prositute?  The cops in the squad room have bets down on it.


In the interrogation room, Kojak suggestively offers Helen a drink and talks about making beautiful music with her.


She freaks out.


After seeing the other cops watching through the door, she realizes Kojak was testing her.

Wondeful images from what looks to have been a powerfully played scene.

I am in awe of Virginia Vestoff's talent. DS was extremely fortunate to have her--she brought such depth to Samantha.  Thanks to her, I actually believed what the scripts had Samantha saying and feeling.
