barnabas plans a little renovation to his downstairs rec room

meanwhile, down at ye olde eagle.....MORE RUM MORE RUM

ben hooks up with maud(ie) (the big city woman)

MORE RUM INNKEEPER

maud(ie) asks lieuenant forbes "is that a gun in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

noah gifford just got off his shift at the pirates of the carribean revue (worked up a powerful thirst chasing that woman around the well for eight hours)

MORE RUM MORE RUM AND ONE FOR MY FRIEND (he's quite the gay blade)

I LIKE TEA. STRONG. YOU PUT A LITTLE RUM IN IT.

maud(ie) works the wharf and finds herself a real gentleman. she's terrible lonely.

maud(ie) describes the strangling stranger.....tall dark handsome

ANOTHER RUM OVER HERE

maud(ie) (the big city woman) lives in a room over the feed store

barnabas has plans for the so-called-reverend trask - you know how the devil makes work for idle hands. well, he wil be busy. (that hand doesn't look too idle)

now i know the devil's favorite poison - cynicism

SHE'S HAD SO MUCH RUM YOU'RE AN EIGHT FOOT TALL GENTLEMEN NOW

TOMORROW MORNING YOU'LL FEEL SO BAD FROM  THE RUM SHE'S HAD SHE WON'T KNOW WHETHER SHE IMAGINED IT OR NOT (was ben warning  barnabas he'd have a hangover if he drank maud{ie}'s blood?)

This was hysterical!  It's been close to ten years (maybe more) since I last saw these shows, though I have them on tape.  Reading your hilarious comments really makes me want to take them down and look at them again.  Thayer must have had a blast in those tavern scenes.

Looking forward to future comments from you, Henry. And your little dog too!  Arf!

Seems like our favorite Vampire attended trade school in his spare time. No doubt the bricks came from that third little pig's house after Chris Jennings blew it down!

(I certainly hope you read my post: OT Lost Love) cause the next day you were on ;D ).

I read this post because of the title...The Shining is THE scariest movie in the whooooolllleee wide world (I cannot watch it if there's no other grown-ups in the house!!)

Does anyone know where the whole 'murder by brick' spiel comes from? I know I have seen it prior to seeing it on DS, but what I saw it on may have 'copied' it from DS (no offense, but it's not very likely it was originally from DS!)

It was borrowed in part from Edgar Allen Poe's CASK OF AMONTILLADO, which I think was a Vincent Price flick.
