These items seem to be popping up more and more frequently. The phrases "Limited time only" and "Not available in stores" are usually a dead giveaway that it's not on the up and up. As is the photoshopped picture of someone holding the item in the same position in every ad. The multiple outlets offering the same item may well be the same source. These ads do get shut down eventually but they can just resume business under one of the other names.
You may or may not receive the item that you ordered. And it may not be close to the quality that appears in the ad. Customer service for these places is virtually nonexistent. Your credit card company may reimburse you if there's a definite problem but that can take some time.
The products are definitely unlicensed.
