VAM,

Why the obscure list of names? [chkyb]

You can't have a list like this without including the greatest looker of all, Angelique!

Sorry, I didn't realize you had a separate thread for the major actresses.  [embg] Thought the name of this thread was rather curious ...

I must have been too busy reciting Shakespeare the other night -- or maybe I had one too many hot toddies!

Vlad,

Lara Parker (Angelique) was included on my FIRST post dealing with this topic that you apparently missed. Here are the ladies, who did not appear on that initial one.

1 is worst, 10 best

Bobbi Ann Woronko (Her one appearance is highly memorable in a really bad way, but how she can even make a "ladies in waiting" list, is . . . no--I can't consider her on this list.

1. Diana Davila (scary)
2. Donna McKechnie (nothing really remarkable or memorable for me here--maybe it was the hairstyles or the pounds of makeup, but nothing to write home about).
3. Marsha Mason (campy, but attractive)
4. Lisa Richards (If you see her photo as she was sans wigs, she's very pretty, but the character was so incredibly bland).
5. Elizabeth Eis (She wasn't conventionally pretty, but she was attractive, if that makes sense).
6. Sharon Smyth (not sure why she's on here as I don't see how a 10 year old can compete with women in their thirties, but she was a pretty little girl, even if she couldn't always remember her lines  ;)
7. Kathy Cody (Very pretty, but see my comments for Smyth and add about 6 years).
8. Jane Draper (Looks, I loved the voice, and she exuded the ol' S.A., albeit in a "put the money on the dresser, before you take off your trousers way.")
9. Virginia Vestoff (I'm kind of surprised I ranked her so high.  Like Richards, she had a godawful (if in her case, historical accurate) coiffure.  Hardly a raving beauty, but there was something about her.
10. Lee Beery (I don't find her incredibly attractive, but of the lot, she's got the best looks).

 8. Jane Draper
 7. Donna McKechnie
 6. Kathy Cody
 5. Sharon Smyth
 4. Lisa Richards

 2. Bobbi Ann Woronko
 1. Diana Davila

That's my vote, now back to thoughts of Craig Slocum!

To show you how I've really been paying attention these past 3 years, there are 3 people on the list whose faces/characters I can't recall well enough to rate.  They are...

Bobbi Ann Woronko
Jane Draper
Lee Beery

Other than that, here goes¢â‚¬¦

7. Diana Divila (Julianka) - [angl] Not a great actress as I recall but had a beautiful exotic look which fit the part well.
6. Kathy Kody - [angl2] [sconf] Annoying but pretty. Great hair!
5. Donna McKechnie - [sconf] Also annoying but pretty.  Looked good in long or short hair.
4. Marsha Mason - [fangs] Pretty but I only remember her vampire girl because of later work.
3. Sharon Smyth - [ghost] A cute little girl.  Her acting was better some days than on other days but she really had a good melancholy look about her that worked well when she was playing the tiny lost little ghost.
2. Lisa Richards - [sleep] Pretty in a pale, almost sickly way I suppose. Too bad she wasn't cast in a less weenie/victim role before the show ended.
1. Virginia Vestoff - [silly] I just can't put those bouncy bouncy curls out of my mind.  A good actress though. I would be willing to bet she'd have done more had she not joined the cast so late in the day.
