OT: Dial M for Murder
« on: April 06, 2002, 05:28:46 AM »
In The Uninvited topic, there was a discussion of Ray Milland's other films, and I mentioned Dial M for Murder being one of my favorites. Well, if anyone gets the Plex movie channel, it's on at 11:10 p.m. Eastern tonight (Friday). Short notice, yah, but I just discovered that it was coming on.

Also worth mentioning is that Jonathan Frid played in a theatrical version of Dial M For Murder in 1969.

Anyone remember seeing that?

And since we're on DS and movies topics, I hope some of ya caught "Journey to the Center of the Earth" last night on AMC - Thayer David, playing a totally evil character.

Gerard,
Man Iam sorry I missed that. I used to have, "Journey To The Center Of The Earth" on VHS ions ago. Your right he does play a bad guy in that one.

Loved the scene where he gets the dust blown in his face.

I'll have to keep an eye posted in the cable guide for the next run. I would love to get that movie again.

I saw part of Jounrney to the Center of the Earth but I missed the segment where Thayer David appeared.  :(

Someone decided they wanted to watch something else and since he's gone a lot during the week, I gave in.   ::)
