Well, I don't know if any of you get "The Walton"s" on 55. Thats the Hallmark channel.  David Selby was on today.  He was a painting teacher.  Mrs. Walton went to his night classes.  I have always wanted to see this one but I never could.  I saw it today and it was very sweet.  Personally, I would have went to Paris with him and let Grandma raise those kids herself.  But, Mary-Ellen said he was cute, which he was, so that's a good mark for her...but I still would have went to Paris with him.

I've got some screen grabs from this episode on my Selby site. They're here.

These were some of the first captures I ever made, and the quality isn't the greatest. The first two seasons of The Waltons are now available on DVD, but a release date for the third season, which includes David's episode, hasn't been announced yet.

I thought Mrs. Walton was nuts to not go with him.  I also thought she was fibbing to herself about how happy she was with all those kids, dishes, hand laundry, etc.  Hell, a cuty like that came to me lol I'd be gone.  hee hee

Whenever I see that episode, I pretend that he is, in fact, Quentin, using an alias as he continues his search for Amanda Harris.  Every few decades, he has to "vanish" as whatever persona he is using, and end up somewhere else as a whole new character.

He sure had enough time to learn a lot of new skills along the way, LOL.
