My TIVO wish list for Thayer David lists a Kojak episode on June 16 at 11 a.m. PT on Channel 56.  The episode is "Acts of Desperate Men".  He plays Tyrone.  Amazing how TIVO picks this stuff up.

Thanks, victoriawinters!  The station is KDOC; the channel will vary depending on the area.

A description of his role in that ep is here:  (There be spoilers.)

Cool!  Maybe they'll run his other Kojak at some point.  He may have had a more substantial role in that one.

The second of Thayer David's two Kojak appearances, called "Silent Snow, Deadly Snow" (1975), aka "Secret Snow, Deadly Snow," will air on KDOC in Southern California on July 6 at 11 a.m.  Check your local listings for the station number in your area.  :D

Did anybody on the boards happen to tape this?

I'd love to see images, if so.  I just can't get enough of Thayer David and his amazing talent.  We lost him too soon *sniffle*.

Gothick,

Enjoy!

Not only is TD's hair color back to brown in his 2nd Kojak appearance, but we see him play a tough and brilliant drug kingpin named Mr. B.  In the episode's opening scene, one of his dealers has brought what was thought to be cocaine to Mr. B's penthouse...

Mr. B:  "Inhale, baby."

Mr. B:  "You have not brought me cocaine at all.  You brought me milk sugar.  That  I could get with food stamps."

Malloy:  "...We've been ripped off."
Mr. B:  "We?  No, you.  Now either I get my $200,000 or those 10 lbs. of bouncing powder by this time tomorrow, my friend, or you are dead."

There's a 2nd, wonderful scene.  Screen caps of it are forthcoming, but please look for them in another topic.  :D

Midnite, these caps are simply gorgeous.  How incredibly different Thayer could look/seem in his various roles!

He looks so healthy and handsome here, too.  I have to wonder whether the cardiac thing ran in his family.

Thanks so much!
