This is OT, but I could really use a couple of people to explain blog to me.

I understand it's an internet 'journal'; I don't understand why it exists....

I asked my daughter why a person would post 'diary' type entries online, but she said it's more of a generalistic info thing...but if I wanted to say, know dom's  :-*  :-* favorite color, or MB's earning potential, wouldn't I just ask them??

Help...and I hear there's 'blogging' about the recent Senate Filibuster (oyevah)!

This topic was locked, but if you google "What is a blog?", including the quotation marks, you'll find definitions, history, sites, etc.
