Hey Aunt Patti!
I have to say that my favorite blonde from DS is Angelique. She is one Bad Mamma Jamma! She rocked the world of Collinwood and Collinsport, did her own thing without other people' political correctness, and was the most beautiful blonde. Even today, Lara Parker doesn't look a day over 35 years old.

Have A Great Weekend!
Love, dvlvan26 who thinks that there should have been a storyline of Angelique, Vicki, and Julia being in a secret alliance called:

I loved all of Nancy's characters but Carolyn was from the core family we were first introduced to.  I guess I feel a certain loyalty to her character.  Her character Carolyn taught me all the hazzards of dating from Joe to Buzz to lawyer to faux man to wolf to cheap pig(the poor girl couldn't catch a break).

I'd have to say Carolyn.

And even though she annoyed me at times, due to several scenes by the end of the 1897 storyline, I couldn't help but like Pansy Faye.

Angelique.  I remember watching the 1795 episodes when I was 11.  When I first saw Angelique, when she knocked on the door of the Collins, I though she was one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen....and I still do.

Definitely Carolyn.  And, as an aside, the one blonde I'm glad they dumped rather quickly was the original wig on Maggie's head.  Thank goodness that thing got tossed into a closet after just a few episodes, hopefully ending up at the end of a dusting stick.

I think Nancy was the best actress, but I voted for Laura because I enjoy watching that character more than any of the other choices.

Erm...When you say Pansy Faye, are you referring to Charity Trask thinking she's Pansy? Because when Pansy was on DS, she was played by Kay Frye.

Angelique, of course.  She was so intense during the 1795 storyline--she had so much passion and beauty and charm.  Every episode she's in is a joy to watch.  I love all of her "incarnations."  She's the saving grace of the PT storyline.

I did when I mentioned Pansy. I don't think of Charity as being Charity. Her personality is Pansy, as is her memories. To me, she's Pansy Faye. :)
