After much cajoling, Julia finally managed to convince Barnabas to play "The Debutante and the Escaped Convict."

The writers mistakenly submitted an Avengers fan script.  With little time to fix the mistake they went ahead, but it's still a mystery how Grayson Hall got the role scripted as Mrs. Emma Peel.
