     Happy Birthday, Connie  Your birthday is just far away enough from Christmas so your gifts don't get combined.  My sons birthday is the 7th and I won't put up our artificial tree until after we celebrate his birthday.   The custom around my town is to put you tree up the day after Thanksgiving and throw it out Christmas day.  So again, Connie, Happy Birthday!!!(I won't even use a Santa smiley in your birthday post)

Nope, it was because Connie happened to mention her b.d. then, which inspired you to post the event on the calendar.  The calendar entry links to this topic, so I used it to post her b.d. wishes.  Now if only my memory could be that good about where I left my keys.   [santa_huh]

Anyway, the easiest way to get a birthday on the calendar is for cousins to add the date to their own profiles.  Then there's no need for anyone to start a topic along with it (which currently happens when you post anything directly on the calendar), and the event will link to their profile and will show up automatically every year until the cousin removes it.   [santa_smiley]
