Hottest Kisses on DS

I'm also a Josette/Barnabas fan and strongly feel the writers were VERY remiss in not giving those two a little more time to develop before Angelique zoomed in. But, from what little we got-  I felt the somewhat (in my opinion) chaste kisses between the two was an approriate and interesting acting choice (if that were the case). It did seem initially Josette was a bit immature and prissy BUT I also sensed that beneath Josette's timidity lay a warm, compassionate and willing companion to Barnabas who would have moved heaven and earth to become a good wife to him and be all that he wanted her to be. Josette's potential was just aching to be released. How KLS managed to convey that in the short amount of time alloted to Josette as a person is a small tribute to her sensitivity to the character.

I thought the Barnabas/Angelique kiss in 1795 was fairly torrid. Can't say most of the others I recall are memorable in a good way. Mostly when I think of kissing on DS I think of a slew of unfortunate actresses in the embrace of various Roger Davis characters and that's never a pleasant image...

This isn't a 'hot' kiss, but towards the haunting, I believe David kisses his Dad (or Joan Bennett). To me, it's his was of holding on to what's truly dear to him. That's the one that stands out...David being scared.

maybe not the hottest kiss but the first time burke and vicki really kissed out on the terrace with a certain someone watching from the darkness was pretty good.

Yeah...sigh... I think they made a cute couple, for a time anyway.

   

   

I liked Chris and Carolyn too. I thought they worked really well as a couple and was disappointed that more was never done with them. They were very convincing to me.

IMHO, the hottest kiss never took place on the screen but, to this day, is scorched into my brain - the imagined kiss between Julia and Barnabas.  Yeah, a hopeless romantic I am...   On the down side, I always felt sorry for Alexandra Moltke coz every time Roger Davis kissed her, her grabbed hold of her head like a melon and fired away.  Afterwards, she was always trying discreetly trying to tidy her messy hair. LOL.

forget about her hairdo...just having to kiss roger davis was probably enough to discombobulate the poor girl.the two of them played at such a different pitch their scenes together could be jarring.he treated her like a rag-doll.

 Here's another Carolyn kissing scene. It's the one where Carolyn has Joe Haskell come up to Uncle Rodger's office.      When Joe finds Carolyn in the office and Rodger nowhere to be found, well lets just say that old office was smokin.  For the most part Nancy Barrett's kissing scenes were hot no matter who her partner was.        Elmont....

I think the hottest kiss is the one that never happened except for in Photoshop.
