Anthony George, who, at 84, is DS's oldest living cast member (was that young looking, handsome dude really 46 when he played Jeremiah? Whooda thunk it!!!)

Ahh, Joel, what a beautiful, handsome man!
Great actor, RIP!

After two years of writing for Filmfax & Videoscope Mags, I want to tackle a book, a bio, and Joel is my subject of choice.
Rumors are rampant that Soapnet may pick up reruns of the ABC years of Edge of Night (1975-1984) in which Joel was a lead player!
One can only hope!
(Robert Gerringer also had two separate  year long stints on Edge during those years, & Humbert Allen Astredo did a few episodes)

Just followed your link to this message.  I'm sorry to report that the board had "technical difficulty" today and all messages were wiped clean except for 5 messages.  I did post my collage of Joel's birthday tribute here on your board ... somewhere...LOL
