I remember watching Crawford on Secret Storm. It was very confusing, as I had never seen the show before and had no idea who any of the characters were. I also remember my father watched at least one episode. That was a huge surprise, as the only daytime television that he ever wanted to see was The World Series.

(The World Series is really just a different type of soap opera. And I've posted about this before but I hated whenever the '67 World Series interfered with me watching DS! But my mom was a huge Red Sox fan, so I could hardly argue too much...)
