I suppose it's not too late to do it as a series, maybe for YouTube. Have you ever seen the adult Wednesday Addams shorts that someone did on YouTube? They were very clever and loaded with black humor..There were quite a few of them, until they got a cease and desist. Turns out they didn't have permission to use the character. They were still available for viewing the last time I looked.

Of course, if anyone dared to try that with Carolyn, they get a cease and desist order very quickly, just like that other YouTube DS series did a few years back...)
