Is it just me or isn't a "nightie" one of those short night gowns?  I need a definition check . .

I thought that too, however as it turns out...

nightie

n : lingerie consisting of a loose dress designed to be worn in bed by women [syn: nightgown, night-robe, nightdress]

What a Divine poll, Darlings!  You all did a splendid job!

Of course one of *my* favorite dresses wasn't included--that electric blue number she wore in her very last scene at Callanwoody... sigh

Still, I loved the selection!  You have proved conclusively that contrary to popular belief, Dr. Julia Hoffman COULD look sharp, snazzy, and chic!

And then, there's that sweater thing from 1967 *slaps hand over brow* let's NOT go there... I am convinced that GH personally torched that thing in the studio back lot one afternoon!

btw I don't think the diVOON grey suit was from GH's personal wardrobe--she favored bright colors and BOLD patterns, and she was an autumn...

We should have one like this for all the characters!!!

In theory that would be a great idea. But so few characters bring out the, er, devotion (yeah, that's the word  [wink2]) in their fans that Julia seems to. So, who would actually go through all the episodes to make note of all the outfits and then narrow down each character's outfits to no more than 20? I know I'm not volunteering!  [lghy]  (But if someone is willing, I'm more than willing to help post the polls.)

I might be more than willing....
....to do Quentin.   ;D
Or are these polls for women characters only?

Thank you, Coinnie dear, for that Divoon photo of my favorite Doctor!

I would love a Quentin fashion spread.  How about a Quentin unclothed spread, too?  *wink*

Pondering quietly the lusciousness of certain "Quentinesque" shots from The Girl in Blue...

I think a Cassandra fashion folly would be a HELL of a lot of fun, too (literally!).  Another fan and I tried once to count just how many different wigs Cass sported during her tenure at C'wood.

Or are these polls for women characters only?

Not at all! If you want to take the project on, more power to you.  ;)  The only reason the first poll focuses on a female character is because J99 and Heather were the first to approach me about helping to post a fashion poll, and theirs just happened to focus on Julia.

A Cassandra wig poll? Now there's a hair raising [haironend] idea!  [lghy]

Darling, that's like saying a talk by the Dalai Lama "just happened" to focus on Buddhism.

and before you say it, I know, I know... "pot, kettle!"

Skip the one for Willie Loomis.

I mean really.....what can you do with black pants, a buttton-down shirt, a skinny tie, and that signature home-depot-style apron?  [disgust]

Uhhhhh...I think we did talk about the blue dresses briefly, dear. I just think that we had sooo many caps to look through we started going delirious... LOL But damnit, it was FUN (laughing hysterically).  I mean, how you could you not when it involves JULIA...oh... ::)

Thanks Connie for the pic...you're a sweetheart.

Sigh... so sorry Steve. :(  Glad you liked the variety sweetie, but I deserve a little whipping for that oversight. Please be gentle...  [13]
BTW, I might be able help you with some of those Cassandra moments, if you're interested.   ;)

Okay...Back to Julia/Grayson...cause that's all it's really about, ya know.   ;D

Now, relating to that divine charcoal grey number... c'mon, is it just me, or doesn't it look like Barnabas deep down desperately wants to give her Toches  a little squeeze here? lol

Sigh...Jean Claude, sign me up for Julia/Graysonholic anonymous too...  >:D
